European Countries: Your orders will be delivered to your address within an average of 3 business days after a 3-day preparation period starting from the payment confirmation.
Other World Countries: Your orders will be delivered to your address within 7-10 business days after a 3-day preparation period starting from the payment confirmation.

Cargo Service
All our shipments are carried by DHL Express with a reliable and fast service approach. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail or SMS with a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can instantly check where your order is via DHL Express's online system.

Customs Procedures
European Countries: Customs procedures are generally completed quickly for shipments to European Union countries.
Other Countries: For orders sent to countries outside of Europe, any delays or additional fees that may arise from local customs processes are the responsibility of the recipient.
