After the 3D-printing and quality-control processes are completed, every component undergoes professional surface preparation. The surface is carefully levelled using a specialized filler suitable for plastic components and prepared for painting.
Once the surface preparation is complete, the product is coated with a matte black primer to provide a clean and consistent base for the final paint application.
The product is delivered with a matte black primed finish. You can paint it in any color to match your vehicle or individual project. The matte black primer is not a final automotive paint finish. For the best results, we recommend having a professional painter inspect and prepare the primed surface according to the selected paint system before applying the final color coat.

PROJECTOR AND LENS INFORMATION
Due to changing international customs conditions, Xenon projector systems and 76 mm projector lenses are not included.
The product photographs show two compatible configurations. You may purchase a compatible 76 mm projector lens or 2.5-inch Bi-Xenon projector system locally and install it in the prepared housing.
For vehicles used regularly in daily road traffic, we recommend a compatible 2.5-inch Bi-Xenon projector system. The 76 mm configuration is generally better suited to custom, display, motorsport-inspired or special-purpose projects.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected lighting system, beam pattern, electrical installation and headlight alignment comply with local regulations.
LHD AND RHD SIDE SELECTION — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All product photographs, titles and side-selection options are prepared and labelled according to Left-Hand Drive (LHD) vehicles.
If you own a Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicle, reverse the side selection shown on the product page:
- For the RHD DRIVER SIDE, select PASSENGER SIDE.
- For the RHD PASSENGER SIDE, select DRIVER SIDE.
- For BOTH SIDES, select BOTH SIDES normally.
